3 Red Light Fix by Chris Jones Review

It was a Thursday night and I was settled in for a night of Xbox when all of a sudden the red ring of death hit. Well I was a little peeved so I jumped online to see if I could find, something, anything to help…

Given the large amount of choice when it comes to Xbox repair guides it can often be hard to chose which to purchase. Chris Jones has written one of the Xbox guides on the market, the 3 Red Light Fix guide. I have tested this guide and reviewed my findings below:

The first thing you notice about the guide is that it claims to be able to fix your Xbox in 37 minutes. The first question that I asked was how can this be true?

I tried the guide and I was unable to have my Xbox repaired in 37 minutes (it took me a little over an hour). I did, however, take my time and work through this slowly and if you consider yourself to be technical competent you would be able to have your Xbox fixed in an hour.

When considered in the scheme of things it does not really matter whether it takes you 37 minutes or 1 hour as it takes Microsoft 6 weeks to fix your Xbox.

The PDF format and the video format that the guide is offered in are very easy to follow. The step by step instructions that are included with the guide mean that any novice can repair their own Xbox. Chris also offers full 24 hour online customer support which is also very assuring.

One of the most important factors when purchasing products online is ensuring there is a money back guarantee and Chris’ guide offers an 8 week money back guarantee.

The biggest issue with this guide is that if you decide to buy and use it, it will mean you will need to open your Xbox and this will result in your warranty being voided. This is perhaps the biggest decision you will have to make, whether or not you want to void your warranty.

The guide was very easy to follow and overall a very good guide. If you do decide to purchase an Xbox repair guide then I can recommend this guide.

Have fun gaming and if you decide you want more details about the ring of death have a look at: RROD
